The Short Version

Some of the links on BestAgentPick are affiliate links. This means that if you click on a link and purchase a product or service, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission helps us keep the site running, pay for tool subscriptions we test, and continue producing honest, in-depth reviews.

The Important Part

Here’s what matters: affiliate relationships never influence our rankings, ratings, or recommendations.

Let me be specific about what that means:

• We have tested tools that offer generous affiliate commissions and ranked them low because they weren’t good. This has happened multiple times
• We have recommended tools that offer zero affiliate commission because they were the best option for the use case
• Our “What actually annoyed me” sections exist in every review, including reviews of affiliate partners. We don’t sugarcoat problems because a company pays us commissions
• We have turned down five-figure sponsorship offers that required favorable coverage. The answer is always no

If our recommendations aren’t trustworthy, we have no business. We’d rather make less money and keep your trust than boost our affiliate revenue at the expense of honest reviews.

How Affiliate Links Work

1. You read our review and decide to try a tool
2. You click our link, which takes you to the tool’s website
3. If you sign up or make a purchase, the tool’s affiliate program tracks that you came from us
4. We receive a commission (typically 15-30% of the subscription price)
5. You pay exactly the same price as if you’d gone directly to the tool’s website. Affiliate links do not increase the cost for you

FTC Compliance

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose that BestAgentPick has financial relationships with some of the companies whose products and services we review and recommend.

This disclosure applies to all content on bestagentpick.com, including but not limited to:

• Product reviews and comparison articles
• Category pages and tool listings
• “Best of” roundup articles
• Individual tool profile pages

Our Editorial Independence

Our editorial process is separate from our business relationships:

• Testing is done independently. We sign up for tools using our own accounts and pay for subscriptions ourselves. We do not accept free premium accounts in exchange for reviews
• Rankings are based on testing. Our comparison tables and “Best Pick” recommendations reflect actual performance in our standardized tests, not affiliate commission rates
• Negative feedback is published. Every review includes honest criticism. If a tool has significant problems, we report them regardless of our affiliate relationship
• Non-affiliate tools are included. We review and recommend tools that don’t have affiliate programs if they’re the best option for a use case
